Interview Summary:
We witnessed some remarkable scenes. The neighborhood where Iranians live in London is the same one where Jewish people also reside. Every Iranian living outside of Iran should stand firm and support those whose voices have been silenced.
We are heading to Tehran. Today, we are launching a unique and special “Viral Show“. After all the bad news and unfortunate events, the mood for all of us is good. A historic day has arrived, something we have awaited since childhood. The slogan “Death to Khamenei” has now been realized.
In the past 24 hours, we went to the Iranian neighborhood in London. There was celebration and joy; we had champagne and tequila and danced. This happiness was visible all over the world.
Today, we have a special guest who has shown that social media is not just for entertainment. Pouria, who creates engaging and impactful content, is here today to talk about his activities.
Interview with Pouria:
Shabnam: Welcome, Pouria! How was the situation in Toronto and Canada after the joyful news of Khamenei’s death?
Pouria: It was incredible. For the first time in this winter month, people came to the streets with joy, dancing and crying. About 250,000 people celebrated in Toronto despite the severe cold, and even the police fully ensured the event’s security.
Shabnam: It’s interesting that Iranian and Jewish neighborhoods in London had a joint celebration.
Pouria: Yes, the scenes were very inspiring. I used to make fun and comedic videos, but after the Mahsa Amini events, my focus shifted to political issues and supporting the people of Iran. Every Iranian outside Iran must amplify the voices of the people.
Shabnam: Tell us a bit about your personal life.
Recommended for you:
Pouria: I was born in Ahvaz and moved to Canada at age seven. The last time I went to Iran, I was 12. I continued my studies in Canada and am now pursuing a PhD in California. My focus is on education and presenting facts so that people outside Iran can understand the truth.
Shabnam: Have your activities received any feedback?
Pouria: Yes, my videos have been seen. My goal is for Iranians and non-Iranians alike to hear the real voices. Even the mayor and city council of Canada have invited me to participate in community events.
Shabnam: Considering the harsh cold and challenges, this level of activity is truly admirable. How do you see the future of Iran? If Iran becomes free, would you return to live there?
Pouria: Absolutely. The celebrations we had in Toronto are just a small example of what we will celebrate in Tehran. We plan to invest in Iran and elevate our country. Iranians always move forward with unity and determination.
Shabnam: Thank you for your time. Your energy and effort are inspiring, and I hope you have many good days ahead.
Pouria: Thank you! I hope that together, we build a bright future for Iran.
